Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges on non-prescription items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn condition with all packaging included.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Items

  Securely pack the eyewear in its original case and box to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Deliver the package to any authorized carrier location. Your refund will be processed within 5-7 days of receipt.
